Our Quality Guidelines |

First and foremost in whatever we do at T & S Blowmoulding, Quality guides our every step.
A key part of every shift – day, night or weekend – is the Quality Assurance Supervisor and his / her department. In fact, each & every employee in the plant is designated as a quality officer of their area.
We maintain detailed specifications of material, weight, colour, finish, as well as all relevant dimensions. There is a very tight adherence to acceptable tolerances.
Quality starts with the raw material we use. Incoming raw material shipments are sampled and compared with composition specifications.
When a new production run starts, careful attention is focused on “first-offs” from the run. The job only gets the go ahead if spot samples are within tolerances.

| Product Sampling |

Product sampling on all production lines is done at regular intervals during each shift. QA staff monitor each production run and machine output. Spot sampling is used if runs are in excess of normal parameters.

| Quality Testing |
|
|
Routine quality checks include blow, leak, drop and stress testing, cap / cover fit, dimension measurements, etc… We review our testing procedures with each customer and for each job – we make sure that the finished product will fit the need.

| Our Assurance |
|
|
For those of our customers who are packagers and bottlers, we can certainly provide an appropriate Certificate of Compliance to assure the product originator that the bottle meets their demanding standards, or those of the regulatory agency which may govern product acceptance.
