T & S Blowmoulding is comprised of professionals who really know the
plastic bottle industry. Our staff have in excess of thirty-five
years background and experience in plastics and the bottle industry.
There are a total of 130 employees, and the plant runs 24 hours a
day, seven days a week to fill the needs of our customers. We pride
ourselves on our clean and safe environment. It is important that
our employees are protected from harm at all times.

Our Work |

At T & S Blowmoulding, we take the same care in the manufacture of
your product as you do. The key to our reputation for high quality
is not only the in-house precision equipment, but also to our
extensive inventory of standard, custom moulds and in-house mould
maintenance. This is carried out by skilled T & S employees, many of
whom have been with us for more than 15 years.

Our Products

T & S produces Polyethylene and PVC bottles, in a wide range of
colours and sizes ranging from 30 ml through to 5 litres. T & S also
manufactures PET-G and Polypropylene bottles in sizes from 30 ml. on
up. We offer a wide range of stock moulds for the cosmetic industry,
hotel amenity, food and household products, as well as custom
moulding services.

Our Progress

Careful expansion and innovation has marked our progress. Over the
years we have grown to combined plant and warehouse premises of
85,000 sq. ft. This provides the company with ample space to produce
and warehouse customer stock, ready to ship as our customers require
them.

Our Structure

The company’s business is spread over a wide group of customers
throughout North America. A significant part of our business is done
with packaging distributors who resell the bottles to many
additional customers.

detailed specifications on each bottle, and ensure that they are
applied to the finished product with exacting quality control
